1. Operator and App Identity

These Terms of Service govern the use of Local AI Marketing Agent, a local-first AI marketing command center operated by Martin Khadjavian. These terms describe the conditions for using the software, its public OAuth callback pages, and its official social media integration workflows.

2. Service Purpose

Local AI Marketing Agent helps users plan campaigns, prepare post packages, review AI-generated titles, captions, descriptions, hashtags, and calls to action, simulate campaign fit, schedule approved content, and upload content through authorized platform accounts where platform permissions are granted.

3. User-Controlled Accounts

Local AI Marketing Agent publishes or uploads content only through social media accounts that the user has explicitly authorized through official platform OAuth flows or other approved platform connection methods.

4. Content Responsibility and Approval

Users are responsible for the media, text, product claims, links, landing pages, and campaign instructions they provide. Users must ensure that all content complies with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, advertising rules, and the relevant platform terms. The intended production workflow is approval-gated, and generated content packages should be reviewed before scheduling or public publishing.

5. TikTok and Third-Party Platform Terms

YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms, developer policies, quotas, rate limits, permissions, and review requirements. Local AI Marketing Agent does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by TikTok or any other platform.

6. No Guaranteed Results

Local AI Marketing Agent can assist with marketing strategy, creative planning, simulations, scheduling, and analytics review, but it does not guarantee views, engagement, followers, revenue, buyers, rankings, or platform approval.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

Data handling is described in the Local AI Marketing Agent Privacy Policy. The app is designed around local-first processing and user-controlled uploads.
